Las Vegas hosts the largest conventions in North America, and the shuttle program is the circulatory system of every one of them. UCN designs and prices attendee shuttles with vetted local operators, hotel-to-LVCC loops, Mandalay Bay and Venetian Expo programs, offsite event waves, sized to your block list and badge count.
Get an instant quote →Convention shuttling in Vegas is a mature craft with hard-won rules. The Las Vegas Convention Center spreads across multiple halls, West, Central, South, with different bus staging for each, and a show the size of CES turns Paradise Road into a managed bus corridor. Resort-based shows at Mandalay Bay or the Venetian Expo flip the problem: attendees sleep in a dozen properties and need clean loops into one campus. Operators in our network work these programs all season and know which curb assignments, headways, and marshal placements actually survive contact with 20,000 attendees.
We plan from three inputs: your room-block map, your show schedule, and your peak-load estimate for open and close. Out comes a route plan, one loop or several, 15 to 30 minute headways, surge coaches bracketing the keynote, with per-day pricing per vehicle. Vegas benchmarks run $950 to $2,100 per full-size coach per day, and multi-day programs are packaged. Exhibitor moves, board dinners, and an offsite party at the Speedway or a Fremont Street buyout can hang off the same contract, one invoice for the whole show.

Coaches circulate between off-corridor room blocks, Westgate excepted, it connects by walkway, and the LVCC's hall-specific bus zones from 7:30 a.m. through show close, with headways tightening around keynotes. Marshals at each stop keep boarding honest when 500 badge-holders hit the curb at 8:45.
For shows at Mandalay Bay or the Venetian Expo, loops gather attendees from mid-Strip and downtown properties into the host campus. Short distances, brutal curb competition: the value is operators who hold assigned staging at both ends so the loop keeps its promised frequency all day.
Closing-night events, a Speedway experience, a Fremont Street buyout, a private Sphere block, move by departure waves: six coaches lifting 300 guests in under an hour, then staged returns until 1 a.m. Exhibitor crew shuttles and board-dinner minibuses layer onto the same program at marginal cost.
Per coach per day, typically $950 to $2,100, so a three-day, four-coach program lands in the low five figures before package pricing. During CES and other citywide weeks, rates and minimums rise market-wide because demand outstrips every fleet in southern Nevada. Loop efficiency, not vehicle count, is where we save you money.
Far fewer than 5,000 seats implies: many attendees stay walkably close or on the monorail line, and arrivals spread across hours. A 56-passenger coach on a 20-minute loop moves roughly 150 to 170 people per hour per direction. Most 5,000-badge shows run well on four to eight coaches at peak, thinner midday.
Each hall has designated bus staging, and assignments shift by show, West Hall loading is a different operation from Central Hall. Your operator coordinates curb assignments with the show's transportation desk and posts marshals at stops. Attendees just need one thing: a stop location and headway that never changes mid-show.
Sometimes no, and we will tell you. The monorail covers the east-Strip-to-LVCC spine, and Westgate connects by walkway. Shuttles earn their cost for west-Strip, south-Strip, and downtown blocks, for evening offsites the monorail does not serve, and for close-of-show luggage runs. A hybrid plan is often the right answer.
For a normal show, 60 to 90 days. For anything overlapping CES in January or another citywide, six months or more, coach supply in this market literally sells out, and late programs pay scarcity prices for leftover vehicles. Lock the core loop early; single-vehicle additions can always be layered in later.
One clear price from a vetted local operator — in seconds, no obligation.
